The tricircle project is based on Openstack Icehouse version, this patch modify to adopt the Juno version. Change-Id: I1afe6122575ed2bedb6e3220177e161763ce161c
The Open vSwitch (OVS) Neutron plugin has been removed and replaced by ML2. You must run the migration manually to upgrade to Juno. See neutron/db/migration/migrate_to_ml2.py
