add the install doc with command for vmware-nsx.
and change the oslo.vmware to vmware-nsx

Installation

At the command line:

$ pip install vmware-nsx

Or, if you have virtualenvwrapper installed:

$ mkvirtualenv vmware-nsx
$ pip install vmware-nsx
