James E. Blair 4886f28533 Reinitialize the repo object after a fetch. 
If a large change is fetched, it may arrive in only a pack file,
which tickles the invalid cache bug in git-python.

Fixes bug 1078946.

Zuul is a trunk gating system developed for the OpenStack Project.

Code reviews are, as you might expect, handled by gerrit. The gerrit they
use is http://review.openstack.org
