Remove Networking OVN and ML2+OVS+DVR Convergence Team Meeting 

To optimize contributors time and to make it networking-ovn convergence
topic more visible in neutron team, during the Shanghai PTG it was decided
that the Networking OVN and ML2+OVS+DVR Convergence Team Meeting will
be a topic in the Neutron meeting on odd weeks.
