Pierre Riteau 0a775020bc Fix errors when accessing floating IP API methods 
Commit 520005b13d which recently added
microversion support did not update floating IP code to account for the
extra parameter passed to all API methods. This resulted in errors like:

    File "/opt/stack/blazar/blazar/api/v1/utils.py", line 90, in handler
    return func(flask.request, **kwargs)
    TypeError: floatingips_list() takes no arguments (1 given)

Blazar

Blazar is a resource reservation service for OpenStack. Blazar enables users to reserve a specific type/amount of resources for a specific time period and it leases these resources to users based on their reservations.

The following two resource types are currently supported:

  • Compute host: reserve and lease with a unit of a whole host
  • Instance: reserve and lease with a unit of a flavor
