Designate has deprecated the admin API and it is disabled by default in Designate. The tempest tests for it should also be disabled by default. This patch corrects that mis-match between the tempest plugin and Designate default configurations. Closes-Bug: #1982958 Change-Id: Ie854b23cb4e86439b427b13c0d769c538e8927e5

Tempest Integration of Designate
This directory contains Tempest tests to cover the designate project, as well as a plugin to automatically load these tests into tempest.

Running the tests
To run all tests from this plugin, install designate into your environment and from the tempest repo, run:
$ tox -e all-plugin -- designateTo run a single test case, run with the test case name, for example:
$ tox -e all-plugin -- designate_tempest_plugin.tests.api.v2.test_zones.ZonesAdminTest.test_get_other_tenant_zoneTo run all tempest tests including this plugin, run:
$ tox -e all-plugin
