Patch Set 4:

Hmm, the CI job is failing because ...
`sudo start radosgw ... failed, with error "no such job: radosgw"

inspite of radosgw package being installed

But it looks like, both ceph and radosgw packages being installed
are 0.80 version, while the default CEPH_RELEASE is hammer (0.94)

So need to debug why ceph 0.80 is getting installed !
