Remove slow tests from blacklist

c6d3b84 intended to turn on
"TestEncryptedCinderVolumes.test_encrypted_cinder_volumes_luks",
but it didn't since that test is marked as slow.

It only turned on
"TestVolumeBootPattern.test_boot_server_from_encrypted_volume_luks".
