aojeagarcia 61f6cafed7 Switch to lioadm in openSUSE distros ...

This patch switches the CINDER_ISCSI_HELPER from tgtadm
to lioadm in openSUSE distros, as it increase the performance
and reduce the flakiness on some tests.
