heat-manage purge_deleted 0 might not purge deleted stacks which are less than a second old, this is a cause of gate failures. Change-Id: Ie95370354aa0534483730ef1ce93f46d004931d8 Closes-Bug: 1570398
Heat
Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native REST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.
Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.
