Michał Dulko 8a38f84dd7 Add non-containerized Python 3.6 gate 
Patch also changes the way we run kuryr-controller in the DevStack
plugin by removing the scripts/run_server.py and using the Python
executable in the system directly.

Implements: blueprint goal-python36

Project description

Kubernetes integration with OpenStack networking

The OpenStack Kuryr project enables native Neutron-based networking in Kubernetes. With Kuryr-Kubernetes it's now possible to choose to run both OpenStack VMs and Kubernetes Pods on the same Neutron network if your workloads require it or to use different segments and, for example, route between them.
