Cedric Brandily fd7f84b20b Use assertIsNone(observed) instead of assertEqual(None, observed)

Neutron should use the specific assertion:

  self.assertIsNone(observed)

instead of the generic assertion:

  self.assertEqual(None, observed)

as it raises more specific errors.
