Jesse Pretorius a9118824b8 Correct keystone-doctor tag name

Running keystone-doctor should only be done in the
config stage. It makes no sense to run when using
any other tag in isolation.

OpenStack-Ansible keystone

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack Keystone. Keystone is installed behind the Apache webserver listening on port 5000 and port 35357 by default.
