Jesse Pretorius ec4c262478 If debug is enabled, provide verbose output for host discovery

In order to aid debugging, we add the '--verbose' CLI option to
the discovery command. This gives us a little more information
to work with when looking through the logs.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.
