RabbitMQ has changed their docs to suggest using deb1.rabbitmq.com instead of ppa1.rabbitmq.com. For Debian Trixie ppa1.rabbitmq.com contains only RabbitMQ 3.12, while deb1.rabbitmq.com contains all of 3.13, 4.0 and 4.1 We leave erlang as is for now, as it's not available for Trixie yet.
