Kevin Carter 35ec780515 Rename everything for the osad to osa name change 
This change updates all fo the names that we were using to the post
openstack migration name for openstack-ansible.

Prerequisites

  1. Recursively copy the contents of the /opt/openstack-ansible/etc/openstack_deploy directory to the /etc/openstack_deploy directory.
  2. Change to the /etc/openstack_deploy directory.
  3. Copy the openstack_user_config.yml.example file to /etc/openstack_deploy/openstack_user_config.yml.
