This patch adds the initial support for the ironic role in openstack-ansible, but leaves ironic unconfigured and not installed by default. Configuration, including Nova configuration, will be addressed in subsequent patches. OpenStack-Ansible is an official OpenStack project which aims to deploy production environments from source in a way that makes it scalable while also being simple to operate, upgrade, and grow.
