Jean-Philippe Evrard f253b6c3b7 Unfreeze master ...

Now that master has a patch for releasing milestone 2, we can
unfreeze the ansible-role-requirements to allow role iterations.

The version of OSA has been bumped at the same time to be ready
for the next freeze.
