121f42e246 docs: increasing file descriptor limit 
When installing RabbitMQ, in some cases it is necessary to
increase the file descriptor limit to ensure stable operations.

cf9632cc64 install-guide: Add 2024.1 and drop old releases 
The install guide should mention the current release first, so add
2024.1 as it was missed to update this.

Also drop referenced to unmaintained/EOL releases. Their docs will still
be available for people who look for them specifically, but avoid
listing them in the general documentation to avoid giving the impression
that they would still present a valid, supported option.

2400ae7c8d Fix lint issue 'D001 Line too long' 
Gate is currently broken due to the following linter error:

doc/install-guide/source/environment-packages-rdo.rst:187: D001 Line too long

This patch fixes the above error.

Edit "OpenStack packages for RHEL and CentOS" considering which
releases are now supported:
	- Add table for OS compatibility info
	- Moved instructions relative to EOL OS or OS which only
	feat unmaintained OpenStack releases
	- Add TOC limited to depth 3 because Contributor Guide/RST
  	conventions/Titles limits heading levels

fa7f5e0e15 Add Cinder NVMe-oF target port 
Similar to the iSCSI port that requires a firewall rule when using
Cinder LVM driver with an iSCSI target we also require port 4420 to be
allowed when using LVM with the NVMe-oF target.

This patch adds the 4420 port to the list of required ports and
clarifies a bit the iSCSI one, since it's only required when using LVM
with iSCSI, not always.
