Devstack Helper Tools in Python
This is a set of cli tools for supporting devstack.
It moves some of the complexity out of bash and into
python where it's easier to have comprehensive testing
of behavior.

This is the new puppet module for deploying ethercalc. Note that I
searched puppet forge and could find no previously existing ethercalc
module hence this new one.
Also due to the similarity between etherpad and ethercalc I have decided
to base this new module on the existing etherpad module.

With the merger of neutron-lbaas into the octavia project, we need
to enable translation on the octavia project.
This patch updates the octavia project to have the translation jobs
and translate option.
This patch also updates the octavia project description to reflect
it's new role in OpenStack.

We're now happier with the way the bug are tagged and move as fixed in
Launchpad, and we don't want to maintain the release list on Launchpad –
we're lazy.

Following the end-of-cycle process describe in
openstack/releases/PROCESS.rst, set the gerrit ACLs for the stable
branches so the appropriate team members can approve patches during the
release candidate phase. The stable/ocata branches will be created in
a few weeks.

The plugin will be responsible for deployment and configuration of
Congress.
Congress is an OpenStack project to provide policy as a service across
any collection of cloud services in order to offer governance and
compliance for dynamic infrastructures.

This is a simple ansible role used to manage sudo / sudoers.d files.
Currently not part of big tent, but needed for windmill. Expect jobs
to pass correctly once import into openstack, and will be using the
existing windmill channel for IRC notifications.
