Adds some documentation on how to use the ironicclient API. Describes how
to get a client object and has examples of a few ironic operations.
The ironicclient modules are listed.

Python Bindings to the OpenStack Ironic API

This is a client for OpenStack Ironic API. There's a Python API (the ironicclient modules), and a command-line interface (installed as ironic).
