Riccardo Pittau 57a43be8e4 Fix for missing fonts in PDF jobs ...

Currently the openstack-tox-docs job continuously fails because
of the following error in sphinx build.

! LaTeX Error: File `tgtermes.sty' not found.

This patch adds the required font package to bindep doc profile.
