Brant Knudson e418ff8e50 Document session as an argument to v3.Client
Developers are probably going to want to know what the type of
the session argument is since other methods of constructing
v3.client.Client are deprecated.

This is a client for the OpenStack Identity API, implemented by the Keystone team; it contains a Python API (the keystoneclient module) for OpenStack's Identity Service. For command line interface support, use OpenStackClient.
