Takashi Kajinami e7da2e541e Undercloud: Deprecate unused scheduler_max_attempts 
The option was used to tune behavior of nova-scheduler but has had no
effect since nova was removed from undercloud.

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
