Sean McGinnis 7ad6d35a05 Remove driverfixes/ocata branching

This branch was synced up with stable/ocata after we adopted extended
maintenance policies and was manually deleted. To prevent further stable
releases (not that they are now expected for ocata) this removes the
branching from the deliverable file so the automation does not think it
is a new branch request.

Using This Repository

This repository is for tracking release requests for OpenStack projects. The releases are managed using groups of "deliverables", made up of individual project repositories sharing a Launchpad group and a version number history. Many deliverables will only have one constituent project.

The repository is managed by the Release Management team.
