Yoshiro Watanabe 690def7386 Documentation fix for kuryr-kubernetes retirement
The following is a summary of the fixes for this patch.
* The description of k8s environment construction in kuryr-kubernetes
  was changed to the description of using devstack-plugin-container.
* Updated k8s support version to 1.30.
* Updated helm support version to 3.15.

This patch also contains the following fixes:

coredns pods not in RUNNING state:
- modified file: roles/restart-kubelet-service/tasks/main.yaml
- The coredns pods did not go into RUNNING state after reconfiguring
  the "cni0" interface. Restarting the coredns pods fixed the problem.

Welcome!

Tacker is an OpenStack based NFV Orchestrator service with built-in general purpose VNF Manager to deploy and operate Virtual Network Functions (VNFs) on an OpenStack based NFV Platform. It is based on ETSI MANO Architectural Framework and provides a fully functional stack to orchestrate VNFs end-to-end.

Tacker code base supports OpenStack master and other releases. Please follow the instructions in the above address for a successful installation of corresponding release.
