Add support to list volume transfers with detail

Volume v2 transfers_client library lacks API: list volume transfers
with detail. This patch adds the support.

Including:
[1] Add list volume transfers with detail API to v2 transfers_client
[2] Add release note
[3] Add unit test for the added API
[4] Small fix on test_create_list_delete_volume_transfer
