My name is Mingyuan Qi and I am nominating myself for election to StarlingX TSC.
|

|
|
I'm a founding member of the community. During the open-source preparation
|
|
period, I helped new community members to identify and resolve StarlingX build
|
|
environment issues. I have been working on container sub-project since the
|
|
beginning and made contributions to the transformation of StarlingX to a
|
|
container-based platform as well as enabling Ironic in stx-openstack
|
|
application.
|
|
|
|
My goal for the project is to strengthen StarlingX as a production ready
|
|
solution for different industries, especially industrial edge domain. To
|
|
achieve this goal, one of the actions I've already taken is the proposal of
|
|
edgeworker management in May PTG.
|
|
|
|
I'll also contribute to make StarlingX easier to use. By getting more users
|
|
involved in industrial domain, more feedback will come to the community from
|
|
a particular production usage which makes StarlingX a more stable, more scalable
|
|
and more secure system.
|
|
|
|
