vrochalo 6b207e6b6b Remove unsupported packages of openstackclients in Caracal version ...

Removing unsupported client packages from the Caracal version
of the Openstackclients docker image. Reducing
unnecessary services, and ensure compatibility with supported OpenStack
services.

Test Plan:
- PASS: Build stx-openstackclients.
- PASS: Override openstackclients & reapply stx-openstack.
- PASS: Test stx-openstackclients services
