This commit ensures that the bnxt_en driver is included in the installation environment, so that servers that have no network adapters other than Broadcom NetXtreme-E adapters are online during the installation process. Testing: - An ISO image can be built incrementally using a monolithic build which was augmented to let the changes in this commit get reflected in the installer environment. - Confirm that the initramfs file in the ISO image includes the bnxt_en driver. (Note that bnxt_re is included as well, but this ought to be harmless.) - During installation process, the bnxt_en driver is available, which was confirmed by switching to a separate tmux window in the installer and manually loading the bnxt_en driver.
