Adding upgrade delete script to remove service parameter entry
for 'apiserver_certsan', which is being removed in stx12.
Test plan:
PASS: Upgrade AIO-SX from stx 11 to stx 12 with the service
parameter applied.
Verified that the parameter was removed.
PASS: In the upgrade system, renewed the kube-apiserver cert.
Observed that the cert doesn't included extra sans.
PASS: Run the script manually after it already deleted the
parameter.
Observed that it executed with no issues.
