Kashyap Chamarthy 965a97837a Add "bochs" as a possible video model

In Xena, this commit[1] support for the "bochs" video model (the device
is recommended for UEFI guest), but neglected to update Glance
documentation.  Correct that now.

This directory contains predefined namespaces for Glance Metadata Definitions
Catalog. Files from this directory can be loaded into the database using
db_load_metadefs command for glance-manage. Similarly you can unload the
definitions using db_unload_metadefs command.
