James Slagle 00b82577f1 Disable ec2 collector for deployed-server 
In the deployed-server metadata that configures os-collect-config, the
ec2 collector should not be enabled. ec2 metadata is not typically
available when using the deployed-server resource.

Closes-Bug: #1669842

Heat

Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native REST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.

Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.

Getting Started

If you'd like to run from the master branch, you can clone the git repo:
