Goutham Pacha Ravi 36a7ec422b Fix documentation for types and extra specs 
Some content in the admin docs was incomplete,
and irrelevant to administrators.

Also add notes on a couple of missing common
capabilities:
- mount_snapshot_support
- availability_zones
