Matt Riedemann 1d5442808e api-ref: cleanup bdm.delete_on_termination field

This makes two changes for the block_device_mapping_v2
delete_on_termination parameter reference:

1. Identifies that it's optional.
2. Identifies that if not specified, the default is False.

OpenStack Nova provides a cloud computing fabric controller, supporting a wide variety of compute technologies, including: libvirt (KVM, Xen, LXC and more), Hyper-V, VMware, XenServer and OpenStack Ironic.
