Update the 'mapped' field of the created node to be coherent with what it's done in _check_and_create_node_host_mappings function [1]. NOTE(jlejeune): the patch is a bit different compared to the one on 2025.2 branch because the line I remove in nova/tests/functional/test_service.py has been introduced in 2025.2 release [2], so nothing to remove on older stable branches.
