Jesse Pretorius 8662acf5ec Update run_tests.sh and remove tests-repo-clone.sh ...

The lint tests make use of the common linters test
used by the roles, so we need to ensure that the
run_tests.sh script is updated and the configuration
adjusted accordingly.
