In the subsection "Create an image (nova)", there is a sentence said "You
cannot create a snapshot from an instance that has an attached volume",
which must be wrong. Currently, nova supports creating image from an
instance with attached volumes.

The section_networking_introduction.xml is too long, and contains more
than introduction content, it is better to split it to make it easier to
mantain.
This patch simply split it to 3 xml files:
- The section_networking_introduction.xml contains the overview of
networking.
- The section_networking_config-plugins.xml introduce the configuration
about plugins.
- The section_networking_config-agents.xml introduce the configuration
about neutron agents.
For the plugin configuration and the neutron agents configuration is not
introduction scoped, so this patch will change the documantation
structure.

No documentation was being generated for the trove-manage CLI of the
database project. Since *-manage CLIs are now supported by the
openstack-auto-commands tool, this has been added to the CLI
reference manual.
A current version of the trove-manage .xml file is included.

In keystone-service documentation, the return of "keystone service-create"
is missing "enabled" field, this change fix it.

With the addition of onlink routes for all subnets on an external network to a router,
it is now possible to support multiple floating ips without having to create multiple
external networks. Added documentation section describing this alternative and
providing example code for adding multiple subnets to an external network.
Rather than immediately deprecate the existing method, moved that to be an alternative
for future deprecation.
