Ghanshyam Mann 059398398f Update python classifier for python 3.10 
In 2023.1 cycle, we are testing the python 3.10
as voting job so updating the python classifier.

Currently we have py3.8 unit test job running on focal
and python 3.10 job on Jammy.

Python bindings to the OpenStack Compute API

Latest Version

This is a client for the OpenStack Compute API. It provides a Python API (the novaclient module) and a deprecated command-line script (nova). The Python API implements 100% of the OpenStack Compute API.
