This is broken after pyparsing was bumped to 3.0.6. With python-aodhclient (kind of unmaintained it seems) CI broken, we should skip the test temporarily until [1] is merged and we've a client released with the change. Heat
Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native REST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.
Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.
