Cao Xuan Hoang 9e7ac66df9 Using assertIsNone() instead of assertIs(None)
Following OpenStack Style Guidelines[1]:
[H203] Unit test assertions tend to give better messages for more
specific assertions. As a result, assertIsNone(...) is preferred over
assertEqual(None, ...) and assertIs(..,None)

Heat

Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native REST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.
