The sahara project was marked inactive during this cycle[1]. Its project health has not been improved even at m-2 thus 2024.1 release will not be created for this project. The project is retired because of no interest/volunteer to maintain it[2]. Heat
Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native REST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.
Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.
