Takashi Kajinami 6cbf9a1e34 Remove Sahara support
The sahara project was marked inactive during this cycle[1]. Its
project health has not been improved even at m-2 thus 2024.1 release
will not be created for this project.

The project is retired because of no interest/volunteer to maintain
it[2].
