OpenStack Release Bot cd81150d9d Update master for stable/2026.1
Add file to the reno documentation build to show release notes for
stable/2026.1.

Use pbr instruction to increment the minor version number
automatically so that master versions are higher than the versions on
stable/2026.1.

Heat

Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native REST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.

Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.

Getting Started

If you'd like to run from the master branch, you can clone the git repo:
